Professionals, what would you like to see...?
HydroDave63:
Several recent candid threads have discussed what issues and benefits techs would like to see develop in this industry. I'd like to put the shoe on the other foot, and ask what the professionals would like to see from us techs. Yes, we are ALL professionals, in our own way ;) but I'm really directing this towards the Recruiters, HR Departments, hiring Managers, Trainers, bosses and other folks not on the tools who make hiring and qualification decisions. Anything general or specific would be fine, just looking for what issues leap out as being important, nice to have, etc.
I am not asking this to draw anyone out, or allow sniping at any participants. The moderators (and myself) will keep watch on the thread to ensure we keep it strictly professional
