How to Remove My eBooks Folder?
« on: Jul 07, 2005, 08:06 »
If you have installed Adobe Acrobat 6, you may have noticed that a folder is created in your My Documents called "My eBooks". And even if you delete it, the next time you open Acrobat the folder will be recreated.

This is the result of the "ebook.api" plugin for acrobat.

Navigate to c:\program files\adobe\acrobat 6\reader\plug_ins

and move ebook.api to

c:\program files\adobe\acrobat 6\reader\optional

Now you can permanently delete the My eBook Folder.

NOTE: Only do this if you do not plan to use the ebook plugin.
