Anyone know who does the Decon At Nine Mile during the outage?

Already Gone:
Not sure anymore, but they used to do it all in-house.  They called them "utility mechanics" along with some people from buildings and grounds.  They probably have some temporary employees too.
This all may have changed over the last few years.
