I did the D&D of their DU rooms 10/2001 - 03/2003.

The facility is called "Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant" (TCAAP), and is an Army facility.

Some of the building were operated by ATK (Like the DU portions)

Mike, I get nightmares every time one of those pictures come up on the random...

I would tend to think "most' of the cleanup left would be chemical, that's not to say that there might not be the random bit of DU here and there.  While Mike and I were there we were called out to ATK's Elk River test range a couple times due to DU being found after their license for such material had been closed for that facility.
