Just wanted every one to know that Lucy Bingham passed away today around noon from a brief illness with cancer.  When I get more info I will pass it along.  She has worked at several nuke plants with many techs.  Please pass along this info to other nuke workers that knew her.

Rest in peace, Lucy. I worked with Lucy at Brown's Ferry and she was a joy to be around. On the bad days, she found ways to make me smile, and remind me that it really isn't as bad as it seems. She was a wealth of knowledge, about work and life in general. Lucy will be very missed. Go walk with the angels, dear lady.

Just worked with Lucy at Grand Gulf.  One of the best techs, always willing to do the job, always willing to help.  Even up to the end of her stay she didn't want to let people down.  She will be sorely missed.
Brave, brave Sir Robin, set forth from Camelot!!!!

Good bless and keep you Lucy. Your work here is done. For those you.ve left behind, the impact of the life you led will continue. My Entergy family will never be quite the same without you. We can only try to celebrate your memory and keep you tucked away in our hearts. I myself will think of you when the going gets tough, and remember your grace under pressure and your brave spirit. I will also think of you when the techs gather and have a good laugh, and remember your generous spirit, you always opened your heart to include new family memebers into the tech family.  Donna Nugent

To the family of Lucy I want you to know she was a professional, steady, calm and diligent technician, but most of all a friend.  I read my friend Donna Nugent's post and she was spot on.  We have all been mainly working the Entergy circuit and we all came to know much about each other and our families.  I will miss her sitting in her traditional spot in ANO's RP break area, myself to her right or across the table along with Donna.  Oh, and Bob Sebring kissing "Miss Lucy" on top of the head.
Please know my prayers go out to Lucy's family.
