Apply to Jobs

How does one "apply" to jobs so that the attribute for application changes?  Is there a way to apply for jobs from Nukeworker or is it just that nukeworker shows the jobs and then you have to go to the website for the particular company and do the application?  If that is true then what is the "Apply for Job" all about? >:( ???

It looks like it involves left-clicking on a posted job, scrolling all the way down to "Apply Online", possibly uploading a resume or pasting in a  cover letter, maybe following an instruction or two, and clicking a submit button or Apply Now. Not all of the advertisers even use the same format! How does anyone get hired?  ???

The company that posts the job gets to choose what happens when you click on the "Apply online" button.  They can choose to use our application system, or to redirect the job seeker to the employers own job application system.
