Unescorted Access Question - Traffic Tickets

I recently was offered and accepted working in EP at a nuclear power plant and had a question about Unescorted Access. I've had the following traffic citations since I was 18:

1)Driving w/o proper inspection (missed inspection by one day) - 2011
2)Driving w/o proper inspection - 2010
3)Speeding ticket - 2009
4)Speeding ticket - 2009 (One of these I cannot find on my driving record)
5)Failure to obey traffic control device -2007/2008
6) failure to obey traffic control device - 2006/2007

Other than these I have nothing else on my record. I have over 800 credit score, never used drugs, etc. Should I be worried about gaining unescorted access?

I replied to your pm.. but I will reply here to just for the sake of it.

You don't have to list traffic violations or even report them once you have gained access. The only time you would need to list or report a traffic citation is if you were detained for any reason.

So I see no reason why you wouldn't get in.

You don't specify the control the control device.  If it was one of those auto red like devices you may have been set up falsely.  I fought one of those and won.

The only thing you have to report are Arrest's, tickets do not matter unless you were arrested, or had a warrant issued for a ticket.

I was in 2nd day of training at Browns Ferry and they mentioned some site specific requirement of reporting driving offenses exceeding $200.00 fine. I ammended security paperwork after hearing this to reflect $255.00 speeding ticket (91 in a 70 mph zone) in Wisconsin after leaving a Prairie Island outage.

If you've ever been to Palo verde; it might have been out here. I know they have that rule out here. (It's because in the state of Az 20 mph+ on the speeding ticket is considered a misdemeanor.)
To stay on thread: Under most circumstances traffic violations that are not for DUI or result in arrest are not reportable. As Slattmandu pointed out, Some sites may have site specific exceptions (Like Palo verde). These usually have to do with vagaries in local laws rather than the plants own quirks. Hope this helps.

Some utilities do have certain special reporting requirements and they will state that to you in your hiring paperwork. A lot of states have super speeder laws now which is typically 25+ mph over the speed limit and come with high fines. I've never worked with a utility that requires it but I do know there are some who do. This is why you ALWAYS read what you are signing your name to. Most of the time you are getting paid to fill out your PHQ so take your time and know what it is you are answering and any special requirements.
