Becoming a Nuclear Security Officer
« on: Aug 30, 2013, 08:44 »
I live in PA near Three Mile Island and I am looking to become security for them. I haven't had any luck on the website searching for the job. They may not have any opening but I would like to leave them my name anyway in case on opens up.

I have an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and about 1 year of Security experience since I just recently got out of college. Also, would I need Act 235 to work there?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Were you ever able to get a security job?  The security jobs can be difficult to find and they fill up very quickly but sites are hiring whenever their staffing is reduced enough.
ExelonNuclearSecurity.com might help.

Also try talking to some guards and see if you can get anybody to recommend you.
