So ddickey says no classes which I don't understand as I know nothing about this job. Nnascar you think it will be around 6-8 weeks before I'm on the floor? That would make more sense.

You'll learn the job working with a journeyman. I did almost a month of straight days working with various journeyman attendants before I started my shift work. My LPEO and PEO helped a bunch those first few weeks. Everything so far for me has been OJT. Not saying your plant is like this just giving you an example of what it was like for me.
