So I hate where I work. My first question is how do I change into doing plant work?  2nd- is there a lot of lifting to that job? 3rd-what is the pay scale for these jobs?
I work in a hospital at this moment and have been there 7 yrs. any info would be so helpful

I wish I could switch with you.  Working in a nice clean hospital 8 hour days verses 12 days and traveling the country.  We hardly get breaks anymore and it involves lifting at times.
