Chad Fleischmann of Tebbetts, MO passed away Thursday, August 14, 2014 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Chad was a Millwright with United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Jointers Local #945 in St. Louis and worked outages at Palo Verde plant and others.
