Crazy shifts and crews

Next time I hear a plant HP whine about not getting a break on time, I may need to re-align his mental processes.
Currently with a crew that takes a half hour lunch when working an eight hour shift. When they work a ten hour shift they take a half hour lunch. We're doing twelve hour shifts and we that take a half hour lunch.
No 2, 3, or 4 hour rotation here.  8)
