I recommend that every Road Tech keep a good record of where they've worked, who they've worked for, etc. Because of the information Commonwealth Edison always seemed to want (back in the '70's), I started keeping that list and it's come in handy over and over again.
Who you worked for - Company, office address and phone number
Where you worked - the site's street address and phone number. Include your immediate supervisor and/or site coordinator here.
Date you reported on site
Date you left site
Where you stayed while working at that site (motel, rental, etc.)
It's easy to set up and even easier to maintain. You don't even need a computer.
