I've said it once and I am going to say it again .... They NEVER should have shut down Charleston Naval Shipyard.  The training programs at both Norfolk and Portsmouth were sub-par back in the 90's, and this proves again that it is still the same. 

Putting that aside, I do hope that 08 can get things straightened out and the bad apples punished appropriately.  I would hate to see my former colleagues from Charleston who are now working at Norfolk and Portsmouth get laid off AGAIN.
