PHQ
« on: Dec 08, 2014, 02:27 »
So i have been in the nuke field for almost three years. I am 25 years old and was recently arrested for public intoxication. It is the only thing on my record and first time being arrested. When filling out the PHQ on the section where it asked "been subject to law enforcement for abuse of alcohol?" I will need to check yes, correct? And also the on the legal section, I will need to check yes on the two questions pertaining to be arrested? Do you think this could possibly cause them to deny my unescorted access?Thank you for any info on the subject.
