There's an issue with that article that I see.

The picture and caption used are completely inaccurate and unrelated to Watts Bar 2. 

That picture is of one of our (VC Summer) Containment Vessel Bottom Heads being flown into place. 

The caption states "The Watts Bar 2 nuclear plant will use the Westinghouse AP1000 design, which is being used in other countries including China. Westinghouse".

The only AP1000s currently under construction in the United States are here and at Vogtle.

That's funny since the original article came from "The Conversation" with a byline that reads "Academic rigor, journalistic flair"
