advice on chemistry jobs

I have applied many times for a chemistry position at three mile island.  I have had success with receiving phone interviews with peach bottom but it's a much further drive.  Anyone have any advice ?

I may consider that if I don't hear from Three Mile Island plant.  From what I've heard the pay and the benefits may be worth it
