What is the best Valve Technician School to go to if you want to work Nuclear?  Also, what
would you expect to make income wise with this career?  Thanks for any information you can give me.

For what it's worth, I heard a couple of the guys mention ITT in Louisiana the other day.

As far as pay rates, I think the valve testing company I worked for was paying $20/hour range to the valve techs, $30/hour range to the I&C techs, and $40/hour range to the analysts...but that's just from conversations I overheard - I did not ask anyone else what they made. Also, I got the impression that the company was probably low-ball and there were other testing companies paying up to a third more.

Good luck.

We are plain quiet folk and have no use for adventures. Nasty disturbing uncomfortable things! Make you late for dinner! I can’t think what anybody sees in them.      - B. Baggins
