Registration is open for the WM Symposia’s WM2016 Conference “Delivering Global Progress in Waste Management through Innovation & Collaboration” to be held March 6 – 10, 2016 at the Phoenix Convention Center, in Phoenix, AZ.

As a Non-Profit Organization, WM Symposia’s mission is to provide the foundation of global nuclear waste management exemplified through education and information dissemination.

WM2016 looks to be another exceptional technical conference on the safe management and disposition of radioactive waste and nuclear materials. WM2016 will feature an Innovative panel session, “International Nuclear Power Plant Decommissioning - Time for Awareness.” This panel focuses on the approximately 200 nuclear power plants around the world that are slated to be decommissioned over the next twenty years.

•   US DOE site of Oak Ridge, Tennessee
•   US DOE site of Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico.

Featured country of WM2016:
•   The United Kingdom, there will be special sessions and activities dedicated to the United Kingdom all week.
