think the n.r.c. is pricing old nuke plants out oc the market with regulatory name mechanisms?

   Do you mean application of regulations in a broad stroke as opposed to plant specific. May be said about regulations for new nuclear technology as well. Licenses can take exceptions to some regs with enough due diligence but usually only in cases that are common to other facilities where there is already lots of data.

Great idea, lousy execution,......

eye was looking moor at n.r.c. staff guideline development four aging plants, mandates to change analog to digital systems, design changes to two continue operation of older plants and the inspections of operator licensing programs in regards too sayed changes and use of the maintenance rule two pull active electrical systems inn too the n.r c. scope fore license renewal, et al.
