I used to rent from SEC or Duratec.  EnergySolutions owns Duratek, and PermaFix owns SEC.

Shop around, prices will vary.  Typically a month will cost you 1/10 of purchasing the instrument.  So depending on how long you need it, purchasing it might be a better value.
