Unauthorized log in
« on: Feb 22, 2016, 09:47 »
Somebody other than myself logged into my job seeker NukeWorker account, changed all of my info, and applied for a job (so now I'm getting emails about this job for which I have no interest or qualifications). A) how can I get rid of his application on my account and B) how can I change my job seeker account password to prevent this from happening again?
Thank you!

Step 1. Log into your account
Step 2. From the menu on the left, click on “Contact Info”.
Step 3. Scroll down, and change your password.
Step 4. In the bottom right hand corner, click on the ‘save’ button.

You can’t delete job applications, but you can delete message you sent employers.  When you apply for a job, it’s immediately emailed to the employer.  Applications are in the menu under “Applications”.  You can also delete your account… but as I said, the application is emailed to them immediately.
