Does it say something like  "this plugin is not supported"? (you need flash installed) - so it won't work on stock iOS devices, they don't have flash support natively.  You would have to add it.

What operating system and internet browser are you using?

It is working for me using windows 10, and firefox (latest) and internet explorer/edge (latest).

Try hitting f5 (refresh).  I do see a flash of green, as the quiz loads, but it does not stay green for me. (unless I try to access it with my phone, which doesn't support flash).
