I remember “Mr. Bob”, a beloved member of the old RAD Services office staff.

 

GELBKE ROBERT A. Age 86, of Monroeville, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Gelbke; father of Kimberly Zambrano (Eugene), Karen Homa (Daniel) and Kris Innes (Greg); 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; brother of Audrey Gismondi (Kenneth); and brother-in-law of Charles Pringle (Hilda). He was the son of the late Ronald and Ena (Bechtle) Gelbke. Bob earned his master's degree at the University of Pittsburgh and was a longtime Pitt alumni. He was a teacher at CCAC-Boyce Campus and a longtime volunteer at Forbes Regional Hospital. He was a founding member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 4503 Old William Penn Hwy., Monroeville, with a service following at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Arrangements entrusted to the GENE H. CORL INC. FUNERAL CHAPEL AND CREMATION SERVICES OF MONROEVILLE.
