In Kingston, newer 3 bedroom 2 bath house for rent. Large finished basement. Group rental welcome (could make 2-3 bedrooms in basement). $1500 OBO

Rooms for rent, shared house 5 bed 4 bath 2 masters- Y12, K25, X10, Bear Creek ES, & ORNL
welcome. Monthly & pro-rate daily available, make your per diem go farther-rooms starting at 350.00 month, (part furnished only, queen bed plus) shared bath, WIFI through out, some rooms hard wired, Masters start @ 425.00 w/o DISH, only 1 rm currently has cable besides shared liv rm. If staying long term cable or DISH available. Shared laundry & kitchen. Currently 1 nuke worker here, besides myself retired, I have interns come and go, graduate students. questions feel free to ask or for pix e-mail localocal@hotmail
Older house but very modern and clean- I don't care what you do in your own space but in common areas must be clean & respectful- 300.00 deposit refundable, less any cleaning or repairs you have to really be a mess to lose more 20.00 carpet cleaning so far that's the high after 10 week stay.
