Why is there a Spanish version of this NuReg? It's been a while since I have been in a power plant but speaking English or an English speaking escort use to be required because you had to be able to read the warning signs. Moot point if it is just for public info I guess, just curious.

Never mind it is just the posting/flyer in Spanish. Curious on the state of language though, is it still restricted to English for unescorted access?
