Industry Seeks Remedy for Ex-Im Bank Logjam

As the U.S. Congress this week considers a continuing resolution (CR) that will reauthorize spending bills to keep the government operational past the Sept. 30 end of the fiscal year, the Nuclear Energy Institute has joined a group of 15 business and industry associations urging congressional leaders to include language temporarily allowing the Export-Import Bank of the United States to approve transactions larger than $10 million in value.
