Publishing program

MS Publisher can do everything you want to do.  I just happen to use the programs I am more familiar with to do those things.  I would recommend Publisher.

Reviews seem to imply that MS publisher has some issues with PDF files that I may want to import.

I have a subscription and only use the on-line programs. I've used Publisher for years and it's intuitive and powerful. I prefer the Libre Office Suite for all office programs - and they have a very nice publishing module - but I've not sure if it is available for Windows.

I like the price. Is there a downside to using an open source program? Its going to take a bit to digest but when it's free it is worth exploring.
