How can I help my friend?

Hey guys,


So i just started as an Equipment Operator for Exelon, and I was wondering if there are any ways I can help a good friend get into the industry?  Im fairly new (3 months on-site) so Im not sure if it is acceptable or not for me to reach out to our recruiters for him or providing any information to either party. Any help is appreciated!

If your plant, or another Exelon plant, has an opening, let him know about it. He should be reaching out to recruiters, but let him know he can use you as a reference. Continue to work hard, that way if your friend gets an interview and mentions your name, management will value your opinion about him.
