NEI Commends DOE, FERC for Proposed Resiliency Rules

The Nuclear Energy Institute this week expressed its appreciation for the U.S. Department of Energy’s leadership in directing the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to consider compensating “fuel-secure generation” for the resiliency and diversity it provides to the national grid.
