if only Gov Kasich and the Ohio state legislature were pro-nuclear energy (home-grown energy!) and very slightly subsidized the power like other alternative-minded states.  They've continually thwarted buzz and local backing for nuclear power at the Piketon DOE site.  What better a location in the middle of nowhere with multiple power grids converging on the location....
