Ha ha ha hysterical.  Watch California pay Palo a hundred million $ to take their waste from SanO, en route to shutting down arguably the best nuclear plant in the nation (Diablo Canyon) while telling the world how harmful fossil fuels are to the environment.  You literally can't make this stuff up.  It's like watching a bad movie and commenting "this would never happen in real life".  Except in California.
