Fukushima question

This is a dumb question im sure but did fukushima have a containment building?

easy answer:

open google and type "fukushima reactor design" in the dialogue box "Search Google or type URL",...

press the Enter key,...

left click on this:

I have a better dumb question.  Why is the Taurus under the Rx for the standard BWRs, instead of above it, where gravity could help?

You know, kind of like the ESBWRs do now. (nice video below)
