This website hasn't impressed me in the past.  I thought this was poorly written when I bumped into it:  https://www.livescience.com/33127-plutonium-more-dangerous-uranium.html
The space radiation piece could have been a lot better with a little attempt at lifetime dose estimates.  I think Bevelacqua "Health Physics in the 21st Century spends at least one chapeter on dose and dose calculations.
