Sorry. We know that UV kills the airborne and surface virus. UV is just the next slightly longer wavelength on the electromagnetic spectrum. We'll ignore the ionizing/non-ionizing aspect for the moment. If there was a medical physicist involved in the article, it would have been clearer.
