Site 401k Question
« on: Aug 07, 2020, 08:47 »
I'm trying to collect some data on whether or not there is a difference at certain sites between the craft and supervision/management employees as far as their 401k matching goes...

If you could answer a few questions it would be greatly helpful. I work at Columbia Generating Station and union employees receive 50% match if they put in 5% to 401k which equates to 2.5%. Exempt employees receive 50% match if they put in 7% into 401k which equates to 3.5%.

Questions:

-Site you work at
-Union?
-Difference in 401k matching between craft (union) and exempt employees

thanks in advance.

Re contractors, D&Z does not match.⁰
A REM is a REM is a REM
Yea, though I walk through the boundaries of containment, I shall fear no dose, for my meters are with me.  My counters, air sample filters, and smears, they comfort me.
