Digital plant viewer equivalents?

So I am a house tech in the northeast, we use RadSurv and digital plant viewer for our workers to self brief prior to entering the plant for general area work. I am trying to write up a procedure change request for the NISP-RP-004, specifically for the HRA/LHRA downpost checklist. In the past NOS has gapped us on posting changes not being reflected on our digital plant viewer because only "routine" surveys are sent to the self brief system. I'd like to add a check to verify self brief maps are updated to reflect current postings but because it is a NISP procedure it must apply to the industry as a whole. What are some equivalents to this system and/or how could this be worded to incorporate every plant?
