Sort of like when you keep replacing parts on your car until nothing is left of the original... is it still the same car?

Way more than once over the years, has high profile, critical path, etc. work been stopped dead until a team of circlebarW beard scratchers, engineers, fabricators and maintenance techs came to the rescue. Their success rate was very high.
