I paid for the Unlimited access to the DOE & NUF practice tests for one year. I am still not credited.

On June 14th, 2024 through paypal

I still only have access to one quiz. It is under email briant.w.mora@gmail.com

Hi, I made one account with an email and password to pay for the tests. I paid with my fiance's (Dominique Longoria) Paypal and I have not been able to access the test. I then made another account with a username?? I don't know how to connect the two. I also posted before about this issue with not being let in on the test. Please respond with my email if you can because I can not find posts that I post for help.
