some folks used to call those expeditions ICEX,.....

It was a Russian expedition so not ICEX

some folks used to go on expeditions (aka "adventures") to certain areas with certain secrets for certain purposes in certain decades past,....

some of those adventures were known as "ICEX-XX",...

this may be news today for those who did not know, but for those who knew it's not news,....

guess I should have used my emoticons,....
