Unfortunately, many moons ago a similar conclusion may have been available in the state of Wisconsin but was poo-pooed off the agenda. End result was early closure of a top-decile performing plant that had recently spent a few hundred E+6's on system upgrades and license extension. The opportunity for greenie jobs was not wasted however as there are now thousands of acres of solar pods in and around Point Beach State Forest. They are ugly and power output is negligible. This path to zero emission effort is courtesy of the company that also runs the nearby nuclear plant. Go figure.
