   How does one recognize the accident. Build more bird cusinarts or solar farm bird burners. Solar panels producing far more hazardous waste. Maybe a cake with glowing radium candles. Russia created the mess then gave it to Ukraine then tromped around in the most contaminated area near the plant restricted to everyone during their invasion.
