Great Article.  Indicates how stupid our country was with its knee-jerk reactions to new nuclear after TMI and made worse by Chernobyl.  Hopefully all the lessons we learned and experience gained welding new systems in SC and GA won't be wasted again for another 30 years.  We should be building at least one nuclear plant at all times to keep that knowledge alive.  But instead lets waste our time protesting some kind of bullcrap....  ugh.
