Marcella Medor is a pleasure to deal with. Her # is 208-522-7929.

It depends on who you talk to as to whether you get that raving review or not.  I know at least 3 people that have worked for MarCom that will paint a lot different picture of how they were treated by Marcom than that of Mr. McFarlin.

I worked with quite a few MarCom employees at INL and they were all very happy, save one who I don't believe would be happy under any circumstances, nor was INL management happy with him. I've known Marcella for about 10 yrs and she's top shelf. She's been in our shoes and is very dilligent about taking care of good employees. She understands our problems and what makes us tick.

The first day I should up on site, Marcella handed me a travel check before I was able to set down. The checks were direct deposit the very same week. She is always around her phone, either office or cell. In one of the previous replys it talked about her being a hot, hot owner. Well that was cutting her a little short. I would have added one more hot.

Maybe there is a reason you were treated "unfairly".

No different than Bartlett except Marccom has better benefits. Marcella will pull the old "tell you anything to get you here routine" then your on her s_ _ t list if you say anything. When working for Marccom the most important thing is staying on Marcella's good side.
