PADS is a shared database, used by most utilities.  YOU don't access the database.  YOUR data is IN the database.

You are on record  perjuring yourself.  There is no appeal.  5 years.  You are not allowed to lie in this business.  There are two mistakes in this business that you can't make, and that is #1.

This has been resolved but wanted to offer…

a 5 year denial can only be entered into pads as a 5 year denial if the individual was a two time FFd failure, had drugs alcohol inside the protected area, or withdrew/resigns application prior to a first time FFd fail.  If you have a 5 year denial for some other reason, then that is the licensees denial period, not the regulator.  The licensee would be contrary to NEI and PADS guidance if they did enter a 5 year denial in PaDS.

The regulators require the licenses to have an appeal process for every person that is denied. 

You also are allowed by regulation  to request a copy of your access ffd file, which would enable you to see
