I remember that, security managment was so opposed to it because of a fear that the gaurds would appear slovenly. They finnally got tired of having their gaurds in radiological time out from radon and off gas. Are there any hold outs that have not shifted to cotton uniforms? It was a good way to track down off gas leaks in the aux building though.

lotsa nonplant places have polyester guards.  usually not a problem as the quards are going thru areas that require monitoring.  but when a spill is called, hooooweeee, kin yinz say panic?  eye new yu cood.   ;)
