Haven't worked in a commercial plant since 1994.  Do I go back? How much has changed?  I welcome your thoughts

call Big Blue.....they're looking for a few (hundred) good techs and you'll probably be able to go with no loss in 'status'
i was out of the commercial field for 10 yrs and came back in where i left off
