Sites for new NPP in US

I heard stories about existing sites putting together applications for new reactors.  Progress is one utility that I have heard of trying to do this.

Florida Power & Light has announced plans to build another nuclear plant in Florida.  I believe Progress Energy has also announced plans to build in Florida as well.
