 ::) Is there anyone that knows anything about the place called MOUND  ;)

The Mound is a dying breed.  They plan to be completed by January 2006.
As for the working conditions, it is not bad for outdoor work.  Lot's of excavation and Marssim surveying in progress.  I have been here since early June and plan on being gone by September.

Living conditions are fair, lots to do.  I managed to acquire a nice furnished apartment for only 650 a month (utilities included).

Mounder:
It's gone. Looks like a moonscape. Reprivatization disaster. It was a great place to work until the last few years of D&D.

DecommMan:
Its a pretty conservative area. 

Not bad in my opinion but I am a native Midwesterner too. ;D
