A new advertiser on the board. Does anyone have any experience dealing with them yet? Looks like maintenance and ops (nuclear as well as non-nuclear) positions.

With OPS you have step up pay, that could be the starting point, and go up from there. I know we started almost $20,000 less than our top out pay when class was done.
